Chip Slack

Chairman/Chief Executive Officer

Chip Slack is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Intechra Holding Corp. As a principal in Votum Capital, a Mississippi based buy-out and strategic management firm, he studied the market dynamics of the ITAD industry starting in 2003 and developed the initial strategy for its consolidation which Intechra is now executing.

Having more than 20 years of business experience, Chip has shown success leading large organizations through industry change, rapid growth through multiple business stages and cycles, entrance into new industries and merger integration. He has shown leadership in multiple industries including IT asset disposition (Intechra), banking (First American Corporation), private equity (Votum Capital), nationwide ISP services (Integrity Online), and health care (Medical Care Management Systems).

Chip has been an executive vice president of First American Corporation, a vice president for Medical Care Management Systems in Bradenton, Florida; a consultant for Medical Practice Management Nashville, Tennessee; and a general manager for Spectrum Diagnostics, also in Nashville.

Chip received his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.

Michael Profit

Chief Operating Officer

Michael Profit is the Chief Operating Officer for Intechra, responsible for all operations, logistics, engineering, and sales & marketing. Michael has more than 20 years experience in leadership roles with companies ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. He brings in-depth experience in growing quality revenues and margins, improving operational and supply chain performance, developing and motivating high performance teams and building strong customer partnerships across a variety of industries.

Shortly after college Michael founded his own contracting business, leading the company to financial success and a prominent position in its market. He later sold the business to pursue his MBA studies. After graduate school, he worked in executive roles with Solectron in the areas of global business development, supply chain execution and operational performance. He moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers and led the business development efforts in their Business Process Outsourcing practice focused on finance and accounting as well as human resource management. At Tellme Networks, he led the professional services organization managing account profitability, service delivery and operational performance. At Volex, Michael was responsible for leading the sales and marketing organization in North America and he was responsible for leading all business activities in North America for Infiniti Solutions.

Michael earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School and completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at the University of Southern California majoring in Entrepreneurship.

Jim Mills

Chief Financial Officer

Jim Mills is the Chief Financial Officer for Intechra, responsible for all corporate financial functions. Jim has more than 35 years in financial and operations management, having served as CFO, Corporate Controller, SVP, and VP Operations for mid-sized growth companies ranging from $100 million to $500 million.

Jim built his career through organizing, developing and leading financial functions, mergers and acquisitions and financing for public and private companies. He began his professional career at Price Waterhouse, and has held financial and operations management roles at Ithaca Gun Company, Carrier Corporation, Peabody International Corporation, Globe Business Furniture, Horace Apparel, Advocat, and Atlantic Aviation, among others.

Jim is a licensed CPA and a graduate of Siena College in New York.

Jeff Neyland

Chief Information Officer

Jeff Neyland, Chief Information Officer for Intechra, is responsible for the rapid integration and consolidation of acquired companies and the expansion of the portfolio of services through business process standardization, infrastructure deployment and application development. With over 25 years of experience in IT systems management, Jeff has a strong record in deploying the latest in commercial or custom developed technology to enable operational and financial performance in complex and distributed business environments.

Jeff joined Intechra in 2005 with a background as a leading practitioner in managing technology organizations and as a business leader. He has served as the CIO and a member of the Board of Directors for Centex Construction Group, one of the largest construction companies in North America. Jeff has also been involved in technology advisors boards and industry organizations including Verizon Wireless, Computer Guidance and the Society of Information Managers. His industry experience includes technology manufacturing, aerospace, financial, and construction where he has developed and implemented strategic information technology plans.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona with majors in both Information Systems and Operations Management.

Dave Ryan

Senior Vice President of Sales

Dave Ryan is Senior Vice President of Sales, and has been with Intechra since 2001. Dave is responsible for managing Intechra’s client sales and business development. He works with senior management in directing the sales staff associated with client account acquisition and channel management and ensures that all service level agreements are maintained.

Prior to Intechra, Dave managed the acquisition of channel partners for a national technology-training provider. He also spent 11 years working in sales and management for one of the nation’s leading financial institutions, most recently as its business credit card portfolio manager. Dave’s combined sales and management background spans 25 years.

Dave attended Franklin University, earning a degree in Finance.

Tom Davis

Senior Vice President of Asset Recovery Operations

Tom is Senior Vice President of Asset Recovery Operations, responsible for management of Intechra’s processing and recycling plants across the U.S. This includes all aspects of inventory management; repair, refurbishment, and recycling operations; and sales of finished goods, parts, and scrap.

Tom has over 24 years of industry-leading technology sales and operations experience in diverse managerial positions. His experience includes sales leadership and revenue management positions with several fortune 500 companies including Compaq, CompUSA and Best Buy. Tom is well versed in developing product markets and sell-through strategies for retail, web and broker channels.

Teresa H. Odom, PHR

Vice President Human Resources

Teresa Odom is Intechra’s Vice President of Human Resources. She is responsible for all human resource functions across the company including employment, employee relations, compensation, payroll and benefits administration, employee policies and procedures, and training and organizational development.

A certified human resources professional, Teresa has over 15 years of corporate management experience in the areas of compensation and incentive plans, welfare benefits and retirement plans, and HR information systems. She was previously Human Resources Manager with ChemFirst Inc., a global supplier of electronic and specialty chemicals.

Teresa holds a Bachelors Degree from Millsaps College.
